Robert Garcia, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California's 42nd District since replacing Ken Calvert in 2023, has taken to social media to express his views on various political matters. The congressman, born in 1977 in Lima, Peru, and currently residing in Long Beach, has used Twitter as a platform for his political commentary.

On April 8, 2025, Congressman Robert Garcia directly addressed Speaker Johnson through a tweet, challenging him to engage in a debate with Rep. Jeffries. He inquired, "Hey @SpeakerJohnson what are you afraid of? Debate @RepJeffries one on one."

A day later, on April 9, 2025, Garcia responded to comments made by Marjorie, implying that she harbors anti-vaccine beliefs and includes a comparison to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He stated, "Marjorie, like I told you to your face, you are an anti-vax conspiracy theorist. You and RFK Jr. should get matching tin foil hats."

Later on the same day, Garcia critiqued the President's handling of the economy, suggesting a lack of focus on critical issues. He commented in his tweet, "The President is causing global economic chaos but the administration is on message about shower heads and dishwashers."
