Roxanne Fritz, a member of SoCal Breathe Free, was honored with the Max Effort Award during the annual Breathe Free Conference held by SoCal Breathe Free's parent company National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers. 

Fritz works as a Physician Assistant with six years of hospital-based surgical experience, specializing in general surgery and trauma, gastroenterology, liver transplants, and hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery. She worked as a paramedic for 10 years in North Carolina while earning her Bachelor's in Biology from Western Carolina University and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University.

"Max effort is about going above and beyond in every task, and Roxanne Fritz, a dedicated Physician Assistant at SoCal Burbank, embodies this perfectly,” said Todd Tomlinson, National VP of Operations at National Breathe Free. “Her relentless dedication and tireless work ethic set a remarkable example for us all. Roxanne's commitment to giving her all every day truly defines what it means to give maximum effort."

The annual Breathe Free Conference hosted by National Breathe Free ran from April 24 to April 28 and honored several members from centers across the country. 

SoCal Breathe Free operates as an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice, affiliated with National Breathe Free, according to their website. They list their services to encompass a spectrum of treatments tailored to address allergies, sinus complications, and various ear, nose, and throat ailments. Their Board Certified Otolaryngologist at their Burbank location is noted as Dr. Matt Hershcovitch.
