Concerns raised by Congressman Robert Garcia over billionaire influence

Congressman Robert Garcia, representing California's 42nd district, has recently voiced concerns through a series of tweets about the influence of billionaires on government institutions and unconstitutional actions against individuals born in the United States. His statements highlight his commitment to opposing these issues and defending American values.

On December 7, 2024, Garcia expressed concern over wealthy individuals allegedly attempting to undermine government institutions for personal gain. He stated: "These billionaires want to use a fake federal department to dismantle our government institutions and enrich themselves and their companies. We need to fight back."

In another tweet on December 8, 2024, Garcia reiterated his stance during an appearance on MSNBC. He warned against collaborating with billionaires who he claims aim to weaken the social safety net: "Joined @AymanMSNBC tonight from 30 Rock to talk the billionaire takeover of our government. What we should absolutely not do, is work with them. They want to destroy the social safety net, and we need to fight back."

On December 10, 2024, Garcia addressed efforts he views as unconstitutional regarding deportation policies affecting U.S.-born individuals. Emphasizing his opposition, he tweeted: "Deporting people born in this country is not only unconstitutional, it's anti-American. We will fight this effort with everything we've got." He thanked "Morning Joe" for hosting him that morning.
