On November 27, Congressman Garcia tweeted about a successful telephone town hall with residents. He stated, "Just got off the phone with over 11,000 residents who joined our telephone town hall! Amazing questions from everyone. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!"
Later that day, he posted about supporting local businesses by purchasing pies for Thanksgiving. He wrote, "Stopped by @Pieloon in @CityofDowney to pick up some delicious pies for Thanksgiving. Love supporting family-owned businesses throughout our district."
