Congressman Robert Garcia, representing California's 42nd district since 2023, took to social media with reflections and announcements. He shared messages over the course of two days, addressing constituents and celebrating both religious and civic occasions.

On April 13, 2025, Garcia reached out to those participating in the Passover celebration, extending his wishes for a joyful occasion. He stated, "Hope everyone celebrating had a wonderful start to Passover. Chag Sameach and wishing you joy, love and time with family and friends."

Later that same day, Garcia broached a more urgent subject concerning immigration and citizenship matters, urging collective action. At 21:43 UTC, he tweeted, "First they come for the immigrants and international students, and next for U.S Citizens. Everyone should be fighting back."

The following day, April 14, 2025, Garcia participated in a local event celebrating infrastructural development. He noted, "Joined @LGBAirport staff and City Leaders to celebrate the opening of the new roadway entrance and ride share pick-up. All thanks to President Biden’s Infrastructure & Jobs Act. An incredible project." This achievement was attributed to the legislative actions supported by President Biden's Infrastructure & Jobs Act.

Garcia, 45, was born in Lima, Peru, in 1977. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, and currently resides in Long Beach.
