On Jan. 27, Farancisco Villalpando purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 360 E. Clarion Drive, Carson from Farancisco and Esperanza Villalpando for $820,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 28, 2012. It last sold for $300,000.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Carson as of this publication.
