On Saturday, March 29, former Wilson High School standout Crixtian Taveras’ current college team, the Point Park Pioneers, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Welch Athletic Complex. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Calvin L. Bailey Field against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
