Nanette D. Barragán, a U.S. Representative, expressed her concerns and positions on various political issues through a series of tweets. These tweets addressed topics such as women's rights, healthcare access, and environmental regulations in the context of former President Trump's policies.

On March 4, 2025, Barragán voiced her solidarity with the Democratic Women's Caucus by wearing pink as a symbol of protest. She stated that "Women & families can’t afford groceries, our healthcare is under attack, and our safety is at risk—all because of Trump’s devastating policies."

Later that day, she shared her appreciation for Tamra King, CEO of Harbor Community Health Centers (HarborCHC), who attended Trump's Joint Address as her guest. Barragán noted that "HarborCHC provides essential care to communities in my district but Republican Medicaid cuts threaten their ability to serve working families."

In another tweet posted on March 5, 2025, Barragán criticized Trump's regulatory policies. She pointed out that "Trump brags about cutting regulations—10 for every new 1," arguing that these regulations are crucial for protecting clean air, drinking water, workplace safety, and financial security.
