The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Nanette Barragan, Barragan for Congress, refunded $300 to Arthur F. Silbergeld on October 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Barragan for Congress refunded $6,550 total since May 1.
