Two professional licenses were issued in zip code 90715 during 2019, according to California’s Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). In the previous year, there were three licenses issued, marking a 33.3 percent decrease year over year.

Zip code 90745 had the most professional licenses issued in the coverage area with six.

The DCA is composed of several agencies, bureaus, and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation. Today the agency issues more than 280 license types including certificates, registrations, and permits.
