On Saturday, April 12, former Wilson High School standout Sydney Freijanes’ current college team, the Cal State Northridge Matadors, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Cal State Fullerton Titans.

The game took place at Anderson Family Field. This was their third matchup against the Titans this season.

The Matadors’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Matador Diamond against Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.
