Congressman Robert Garcia, who represents California’s 42nd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing topics ranging from the ongoing conflict with Iran to calls for greater transparency regarding the Epstein investigation.
On April 10, 2026, Garcia commented on former First Lady Melania Trump’s involvement in discussions surrounding the Epstein case. He wrote, “If Melania Trump wants real justice, she should ask her husband to release the rest of the Epstein files and ensure that Pam Bondi testifies. No more distractions.”
Later that same day, Garcia addressed foreign policy concerns and domestic economic issues related to the conflict with Iran. In his post dated April 10, 2026, he stated: “We are at war with Iran with no clear mission while gas prices skyrocket. We need to end this war immediately.”
The following day, on April 11, 2026, Garcia reiterated his stance regarding Melania Trump’s potential role in aiding investigations into Jeffrey Epstein. He posted: “If Melania Trump actually wants to help in our Epstein investigation, she should demand that her husband release the rest of the files and ensure Pam Bondi testifies. Survivors deserve justice.”
Garcia has served as a member of Congress since 2023 after succeeding Ken Calvert. Born in Lima, Peru in 1977 and currently residing in Long Beach, Garcia holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach.
