On Saturday, Feb. 15, former San Pedro Senior High School standout Briana Velazquez’s current college team, the Bethune–Cookman Lady Wildcats, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Stetson Hatters.

The game took place at Patricia Wilson Field. This was their first matchup against the Hatters this season.

The Lady Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Patricia Wilson Field against Stetson Hatters.
