On Saturday, April 12, former Port Of Los Angeles High School standout Mikalah Nitta’s current college team, the Houston Cougars, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Texas Tech Lady Raiders.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field. This was their second matchup against the Lady Raiders this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field against Texas Tech Lady Raiders.
