Congressman Robert Garcia, who represents California’s 42nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of tweets addressing national political issues and local community events.

Later that day, he focused on the Department of Justice and ongoing controversy regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case. In his tweet from September 5, 2025, Garcia stated: “All Americans should be outraged about the DOJ’s continued cover-up over the Epstein files. Defying a congressional subpoena is highly illegal. We are calling”

On September 6, 2025, Garcia shifted attention to a local event in Long Beach: “Great to visit the Cal Heights Centennial Block Party and celebrate this amazing historic district in Long Beach. This neighborhood has been thriving for 101 years now! https://t.co/B53MdW5I8S”
