Congressman Robert Garcia, who represents California’s 42nd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently made a series of posts on his official social media account addressing issues related to government transparency and accountability.

On September 16, 2025, Garcia posted: “It’s Day 41 and counting… Hey @AGPamBondi, what are you hiding? It’s time to release the files!” He directly addressed former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, calling for the release of unspecified files.

The following day, September 17, Garcia commented on international political actions involving former President Donald Trump and referenced past events in the United Kingdom: “As Trump visits the U.K. today, let’s not forget how quickly they fired Fmr. Ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson for his ties to Epstein. In other words, they did what our nation’s top officials are too afraid to. We must hold ALL those involved in Epstein’s crimes to account.”

Later that same day, Garcia questioned statements from FBI Director Kash Patel regarding an undisclosed number: “I think FBI Director Kash Patel would know if that number was ZERO… This is a cover-up, and it seems like he’s lying to the American people.”

Garcia has served as a member of Congress since 2023 after replacing Ken Calvert. Born in Lima, Peru in 1977 and currently residing in Long Beach, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach.
